Kazordoon

The extinct volcano in the centre of the continent is the home of a very ancient race, the dwarfs. Using their craftsmanship and their knowledge about the power of fire and earth, the dwarfs managed to tame the rivers of water and lava and to build their town, Kazordoon, in the heart of the mountain, whom they respectfully call "the Big Old One". Many trails and tunnels now run through the mountain, and even the road from Thais to Carlin and Ab'Dendriel leads along a dry canyon right through. Being proud of their great work, the dwarfs erected a giant statue at the entrance of the canyon. Prospecting for mineral resources the dwarfs have gathered great riches, and the legendary treasure chamber in their town shows only a small part of them.

Just as Ab'Dendriel is for Paladins and Druids, Kazordoon is dedicated to Knights and Sorcerers. Only those two vocations will find their teachers in this city. Paladins will be very upset - there are no ammunition shops in the city, and the projectiles you can buy is very expensive. Beginners might feel a bit confused while traveling through the city. Many floors, levels, passages and tunnels make it easy to get lost. Luckily, you will find many signs showing route. In addition, there is a wagon system. You can buy a 7-day valid ticket from Lokur. Stations are located in the most important places. These are: entrance, depot, temple, shops & steamboat.

When it comes to gaining experience, there is only one type of hunting spots available: dwarf mines. There are 7 of them. You will find dwarfs, dwarf soldiers, dwarf guards, dwarf geomancers there. The lower you go, the stronger creatures you will find. Mines are a good place even for players with level 80. There is one little problem - loot from dwarfs is heavy. Only knights are strong enough to carry a lot of it and earn by selling it in shops. But beware - merchants in Kazordoon offer lower prices for some of the itens than in other cities. Better send your loot to Thais or Venore and sell it there. Another place is The Horned Fox Tower (minotaur fortress). The fortress itself is a bit overcrowded, but two floors of underground dungeons might be useful.
