Ankrahmun
The somber city of Ankrahmun is unlike any other place in Tibia. Its inhabitants do not dwell in common houses but rather in age-worn pyramids, and even though Ankrahmun is far from lifeless, it is essentially a city of death. Its inhabitants are worshippers of an obscure cult that celebrates undeath as the key to immortality, and the pharaoh himself, who is both the high priest and the primary deity of his cult, has long since entered the gruesome state of life in death. His oppressive presence is almost physically tangible all over the city, and the eerie silence emanating from his palace fills the heart of the amazed visitor with apprehension.
Today, the majority of Ankrahmun's citizens are still living people, but being true believers of their creed they strive to follow their spiritual leader into the twilight state of undeath. To further encourage his followers' zeal the pharaoh has filled the lower levels of his own palace with skeletons and other walking dead so that those who still cling to their mortal forms may see the glory of undeath for themselves.
Depot
All the buildings in Ankrahmun are pyramids. It's very characteristic and cannot be mistaken with any other city. Streets are narrow, but there is nothing to worry about, because you can walk on the pyramids. Even entering some houses requires climbing on the proper level. Remember that all pyramids are protection zones – other players can't be attacked while standing on them.
The city is surrounded by very high walls and there are only 3 gates you might use. There is no possibility that any enemy will go though them.
Piramid
For players there in one huge area, the Darama desert. Starting from the city walls, it's only limited by Kha'zeel mountain range and the ocean. The desert itself is a bit boring, but under it you will find hundreds of tunnels. Firstly, there are the ancient tombs, filled with undead creatures. There are 7 of them, every single one with many wide levels. Every player, from level 8 to 150 will find something interesting to hunt. At the end of every tomb you will find the pharaoh's room. Each of them protects one part of Helmet of the Ancients. The 8th tomb is located under pharaoh Arkhothep's pyramid, in the centre of Ankrahmun.
If you are bored with all those undead, there are other caves and tunnels under the desert. 4 of them were created by scarabs. On the first floors you will find only larvas and scarabs, but deep below the ground ancient scarabs roam about, waiting for they prey to lose their way. Those are very popular amongst Paladins at level 70 and higher.
The Kha'zeel mountain range is a natural barrier between the Darama desert and the Tiquanda forest. Beneath the rocks you can find a secret path built by bandits. It's quite safe, dragons were eliminated by them. But other caves in Kha'zeel aren't that safe. Dragons and dragon lords found a good living place in this mountain range.
From the desert you can see two big towers located in Kha'zeel. Those are parts of the Djinn fortresses. Marids (blue djinns) and efreets (green djinns) are in the state of war. Even if they don't like most people, those magical creatures will buy all kinds of items. There is only one condition: you have to help them in their war.
Bridge in the city
As you can see, you will not be bored in Ankrahmun. Tombs, Scarabs, dragons, djinns and other creatures are waiting for all players who wish to fight. Every vocation will find an area for them. Knights will be happy with scarabs and dragons, while others will explore the secret tombs.
